LANDSCAPE CONSTRUCTION FOREMAN
Acorn Landscaping, Inc. is a small landscape construction company based in Oakland. We specialize in residential garden installation. We’re looking to hire a foreman to help develop and maintain a motivated and effective work crew.

• Organize, supervise, and lead field crew to complete projects on time.
• Help hire and train new employees.
• Oversee all construction—from layout to final details—and ensure job quality and safe conditions.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and materials.
• Document project status—employee time cards, daily job reports, job costs, and materials and tools lists.
• Communicate with clients on an ongoing basis.

• Advanced skills in irrigation, masonry, planting, and some carpentry.
• Experience managing people and maintaining a positive work environment.
• Ability to read and follow plans.
• Experience estimating labor costs.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Working knowledge of Spanish.
• Clean CA Driver’s License and transportation
